This Friday evening we shall be exploring a few more of the twelve thousand or so grapes from around the globe again. Many of these grapes are primarily blended and never get their fair acclaim and we shall certainly try to help rectify that! At 5:30 the corks will pop, and the stelven closures will unscrew as we pour delectable adventures from the bottle.
On tap I am certain we shall explore charbono, xynomavro, marzamino, lemberger, and cinsault wines and others as they arrive from the suppliers. If you’re stuck in a rut and need a chance to try something new, come on out and I’ll pour you something that sounds a bit strange being certain you’ll find a new friend in the bottle by the end of the day!
