The Chardonnays of Biltmore Chardonnay,
(Chardonnay Sur lies, Estate Chardonnay, Rsv Chardonnay)
Matched with Alaskan Salmon on herbed French Bread

Flight 4
Exceptional Red Wines of Biltmore
(Pinot Noir, Century Red, Antler Hill Syrah)
Matched with Rosemary Tartlets, Walnuts, and grape salsa

Flight 5
Biltmore’s Cabernet Sauvignons
(Biltmore Cabernet Sauvignon, Rsv Cab. Sav., Antler Hill Cabernet Sauvignon)
Matched with Pork& Red Peer Skewers with a spiced mango dipping sauce
