Pic-nique (PQ) White Cuvee

Here we have another varietal blend. It is Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Viognier. I enjoyed this blend a lot. The aroma was like smelling a bowl of fresh tropical fruits. The fact that there are three grapes blended together brought a lot of nice characters out in the wine. The first sip was very much like taking a bite of pear, but the finish was a smooth lemon flavor. You also have some of the creamy oaky hints I think from the Chardonnay. It was a great wine that was perfect for pasta! The Pasta made it more fruity and not quite as citrus acid feeling in the mouth.
